Bill Wayne Armor, of Durant, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Monday, March 15, 2021 at the age of 82. He was born on Tuesday, March 7, 1939 in Bokchito, Oklahoma to William Moses and Laura (Labor) Armor.
He married Edwina Gladys (Rich) on July 5, 1959 in Madill, Oklahoma.
He was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed camping with his family. He loved his horses and in his youth he rode bucking horses and bulls at the local rodeos.
He was preceded in death by his parents William Moses and Laura Armor; son Donald Armor; great-grandson Zayne Walk; sisters Mary Nell Armor, Billie Wood, Dorothy Howell, Mary McIntire and Patsy Farmer.
Survivors include his wife Edwina of the home; sons Terry Wayne Armor of Aubrey, Texas, Darrell Armor of Aubrey, Texas, Jimmy Armor and wife Tammie of Forestburg, Texas, Jeff Armor of Durant, Oklahoma; daughters Gwen Armor of Saginaw, Texas, Beth Tierney of Fort Worth, Texas; brothers Kenneth Armor and wife Sheron of Hugo, Oklahoma, Berlin Armor of Bokchito, Oklahoma; sisters Jimmy Eubanks of Sacramento, California, Leona Joiner and husband William of Durant, Oklahoma; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews other extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Monterey Chapel, 224 S. 9th, Durant, Oklahoma.
