Obituary for Billy Kuykendall
Billy Kuykendall, of Cartwright, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the age of 63. He was born on Tuesday, March 3, 1959 in Lubbock, Texas to Bill Arland and Marcella Katheryn (Hodges) Kuykendall.
He married Lucinda Joy (Frazier) Kuykendall on July 13, 1985 in Dallas, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Cartwright, Oklahoma.
He enjoyed going to the casino, camping, fishing, deer hunting and spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bill Arland and Marcella Katheryn (Hodges) Kuykendall; sisters Janie and Lanita; brothers Ronnie and Ricky; grandson Talon Grey and granddaughter Kenslee Grace.
Survivors include his wife Lucinda Kuykendall of the home; sons Kenny Lee Kuykendall and wife Ciara of Hawkins, Texas, Kasey Kuykendall and wife Brittni of Durant, Oklahoma, Joshua Kuykendall and wife Jennifer of Cartwright, Oklahoma; brother Jack Hutcheson and wife Jan of Carrollton, Texas; sisters Marilyn Jiracek and husband Ron of Plano, Texas, Leta Jo Bowman of Calera, Oklahoma, Laura Kuykendall and Thomas Badillo of Calera, Oklahoma and 9 grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A family visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00PM on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Gordon Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at the Monterey Chapel, 224 S. 9th Street, Durant, Oklahoma.
