Billy Don “Donnie” Tullis, Jr. of Kingston, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the age of 57. He was born on Monday, February 27, 1967, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Kathryn Pearl (Ashley) and Billy Don Tullis, Sr.
He enjoyed fishing and playing golf. He also enjoyed music. He was known to sing and play the guitar.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lillis and Terry Ashley; father Billy Don Tullis, Sr.; brother Paul David Ashley; sister Terrie Lynn Capps; cousin Brandon Michael Kelley; great niece Kinsley Pipkin.
Survivors include his daughter Melissa Brown; grandchildren Daniella, Makenzie, Penelope, and Magnolia; mother Kathryn Tullis; brother James Ashley; aunt Vonna Kelley; nieces Brooke Capps, Kristen Pipkin, and Jaycie Stinnett, as well as other extended family and friends.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
