Obituary for Buel H. "Boob" Collins
Buel “Boob” Collins, of Durant, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 in Denison, Texas at the age of 62. He was born on Friday, April 26, 1957 in Pueblo, Colorado to James Norman and Julia Pearl (McGrath) Collins.
He was a longtime resident of the Durant area. He enjoyed working on cars, music, long drives and Harley motorcycles. Most of all he loved spending time with his kids and especially his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his father; sister Gertrude Collins; brother Tom Collins and wife Paula Sue Collins.
Survivors include mother; Julia Pearl Collins of Kemp, Oklahoma; son Buel Collins and wife Amberly of Henderson, Nevada; daughters Kristen Collins and husband Cody Ricley of Las Vegas, Nevada, Bobbi Boles and husband Justin of Kenefic, Oklahoma, Billie Collins and husband Nardy Roseby of Henderson, Nevada, Daleen Collins of Wilcox, Arizona, Chassie Turner and husband Patrick of Durant, Oklahoma; brothers Norman Collins of Kemp, Oklahoma, Milton Collins of Dallas, Texas, Bob Collins of Kemp, Oklahoma; sisters Judy Collins of Enid, Oklahoma, Joy Collins of Kemp, Oklahoma; grandchildren Seth, Dawson, Courtney, Audri, Cassidy, Kimbri, Kaden and Kanon as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A memorial service will be held from 2:00-4:00PM Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Boland Park Community Building in Caddo, Oklahoma.
