Obituary for Carolin Wright
Carolin Wright of Tishomingo, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at the age of 76. She was born on Monday, April 28, 1947 in Bokchito, Oklahoma to Floyd Ray Head and Anna Pauline (Carter) Dillingham.
She was a longtime resident of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. She worked as a registered nurse for almost 40 years, devoting almost half that time to being an ER nurse at Mercy Memorial in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. There she touched the lives of countless residents of Tishomingo and Johnston County through her compassion and dedication to healing others.
She was an avid reader. She loved to spend time with her family and to take care of them.
She was preceded in death by her father Floyd Ray Head.
Survivors include her son Tracy Hood of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; granddaughter Brianna Hood of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; mother Anna Pauline Dillingham of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; sister Loretta Rush of Seminole, Oklahoma; brother Floyd W. Head of Little Rock, Arkansas as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
