Obituary for Danna Lyn Birdsong
Danna Lyn Birdsong of Caddo, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at the age of 48. She was born on Tuesday, July 1, 1975 in Denison, Texas to Delbert Lee and Yvonne (Gordon) Birdsong.
She was a longtime resident of Caddo, Oklahoma. She was of the Nazarene faith. She enjoyed crafts, painting and music. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and especially with her kids and grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her father Delbert Lee Birdsong and a sister, Mary Alice Birdsong.
Survivors include her daughter Hunter McAtee and husband Craig of Caddo, Oklahoma; son Dakota Robinson and wife Bethany of Caddo, Oklahoma; mother Yvonne Birdson of Caddo, Oklahoma; sister Darla Phipps and husband Joe of Caddo, Oklahoma; brother Devin Birdsong and wife Kristi of Bokchito, Oklahoma; grandchildren Reno McAtee, Wylie McAtee, Holland Robinson as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A private family service will be held at Gordon Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma and an interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery in Caddo, Oklahoma. Steve Chaffin, Devin Birdsong, Mark O’Hern, Derek Birdsong, Zachary Phipps and Spencer Phipps will serve as pallbearers.
