Obituary for Darrell Allen
Darrell Allen, of Denison, Texas, passed from this life on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at the age of 63. He was born on Saturday, February 23, 1957 in El Centro, California to Ferriell Don and Helen (Little) Allen.
He married Lisa Campbell on May 4, 2001 in Liberty, Oklahoma.
Darrell was a longtime resident of Liberty, Oklahoma. He attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He was a rancher and over the road truck driver and also worked at the peanut plant. He enjoyed hunting, shooting, being outdoors and spending time on the farm. He was a 90% burn survivor. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents Farrell and Helen (Little) Allen and a brother Donnie Allen.
He is survived by his wife Lisa of the home; son Zane Allen of Denison, Texas; brother Bill Allen and wife Debbie of Kalispell, Montana; sister Marie Hergert and husband Neil of Caldwell, Idaho as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A graveside service will be held 2:00PM, Sunday, November 15, 2020 at the Kemp Cemetery with Bro. Jan Kelly officiating. Steve Davis, Brent Sears, Michael Todd Little, Derrick Little, Matthew Sears and Lee Sears will serve as pallbearers.
