Obituary for Dianna Louise Bradford

Dianna Louise Bradford of Kingston, Oklahoma was born on January 9, 1942 to Robert and Clara (Wilson) Mooney. She was their first born.

On June 11th, 2023, at 6:39am Jesus came, took her by the hand and she went with Him to live forever in His presence.

Dianna was the sister to Robert Thomas Mooney and wife Julie of Amelia, Ohio; Samuel Marvin Mooney and wife Kate of Evans, Georgia; and Jon Wendell Mooney and wife Lynn of DeWitt, Iowa.

On April 16, 1966, Dianna married James Frederick Bradford in Toledo, Ohio. Within five years, their family had grown to six. She was the proud mother of Jeffrey Alan (who preceded his mother in death), Dana Jill, Jennifer Lynn (who preceded her mother in death), and Gregory James. Her husband Jim preceded her in death on January 31, 2023.

She leaves behind daughter Dana Bradford Manley and husband Robert of Dallas, Texas and son Gregory James Bradford and wife Susan of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

She was the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren. Seth Thomas Garlitz and wife Mattie of Kaufman, Texas; Zachary James Garlitz and wife Ashley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Hannah Elizabeth Floyd and husband Grant of Ada, Oklahoma; Austin Mitchell Bradford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Bradford Turner Manley of Dallas, Texas; Greer Emerson Manley of Dallas, Texas; Ryan Taylor Overstreet of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Brenna Michele McCoy and husband Caton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
And how could a woman be even more proud? By being the great-grandmother to Ellie Kate Garlitz, Calvin Thomas Garlitz, Lillie Mae Garlitz, and Landrie Lynn Garlitz, all of Kaufman, Texas and Jackson Lee Garlitz of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

She was also the aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Dianna served as a minister before she retired. She was a member of the Kingston United Methodist Church. Dianna loved to crochet, craft, sew, cook and garden, and enjoyed serving in any way she could.

But most of all, besides loving her God and her family, she loved her friends. If you ever had a phone conversation with her, before hanging up, she would always say……….” Love You!”.
