Obituary for James Gudgel
James Gudgel of Wapanucka, Oklahoma passed from this life on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the age of 57. He was born on Thursday, September 30, 1965 in Durant, Oklahoma to James Holland and Cleta Faye (Raines) Gudgel.
He was a lifelong resident of Wapanucka, Oklahoma. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and hunting for arrowheads.
He is preceded in death by his father James Holland Gudgel.
Survivors include his mother Cleta Gudgel of Durant, Oklahoma; sons Colt Gudgel of Durant, Oklahoma, B.J. Robertson of Wapanucka, Oklahoma; sisters Brenda Shipman and husband Larry of Durant, Oklahoma, Sherry Smith and husband Darrell of Durant, Oklahoma, Regina Rodgers and husband Sonny of Wapanucka, Oklahoma as well as numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00PM on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Gordon Funeral Home.
