Mary M. Hudson beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away December 8, 2022 in Schertz, Texas at the age of 99. She will be dearly missed. She was born in Simpson, Oklahoma in 1923. She attended 1 semester of college at Oklahoma Baptist University, then worked in the California ship yards helping to build ships during WW2. Later on she worked as a sales clerk at Winn's variety store in the San Antonio area for many years. She was a faithful member of the Eisenhauer Road Baptist Church and a two-time cancer survivor. Mary's hobbies included sewing, crocheting, needlework and oil painting. She was known for her strong faith, courage, perseverance and sweet spirit.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd V. Hudson; two brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by her son, William L. Hudson and his wife, Julitta; her daughter, Carolyn H. Nagle and her husband, Daniel Nagle; granddaughter, Michelle McLain and her husband Tyler McLain; and 2 great grandchildren, Luke McLain and Tanner McLain.

The Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin HWY, San Antonio, Texas, 78218.

The Graveside Service will be at the Highland Cemetery, Durant, Oklahoma on Wednesday, December 21, at 10:00AM.
