Melissa Ann Glinn, of Durant, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, October 14, 2022 at the age of 53. She was born on Monday, January 27, 1969 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Jerry Noel Palmer and Tommie Gayle (Williams) Simmons.
She was a longtime resident of Durant, Oklahoma and married Terry Lee Glinn on February 2, 2001.
She enjoyed music, shopping, spending money, driving, going on trips with the family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband Terry Lee Glinn of the home, daughters Emily Hands of Durant, Oklahoma, Samantha Glinn of Durant, Oklahoma, Kaitlyn Glinn of Durant, Oklahoma; sons Dalton Glinn and Christine Aliazas of Durant, Oklahoma, Isaac Palmer, Savanna Chitwood and their children Oliver and Evalynn of Durant, Oklahoma; maternal grandparents Jerry Palmer of Stigler, Oklahoma, Tommie Simmons of Crowder, Oklahoma; sister Tasha Coble of Keota, Oklahoma; brother Charlie Palmer of Florida as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A family visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00PM, Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Gordon Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Overcomer Church, 430 W Tennessee St. Durant, Oklahoma with Bro. Adam Cantrell officiating.
