Rose Marie James, of Coleman, Oklahoma passed from this life on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at the age of 70. She was born on Tuesday, March 6, 1951 in Hopewell, Oklahoma to Grady S. and Anna Marie (Hyde) Golden.

She was a longtime Coleman, Oklahoma resident. She enjoyed reading the bible, traveling, going to garage sales and the casino, visiting with friends and family and family get-togethers. Her passion was taking care of people. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Grady S. and Anna Marie (Hyde) Golden; brothers Frank Golden, Lee Golden, A.J. Golden, Donnie Hamilton, Charles Vaughn and a sister Betty Tolar.

Survivors include her husband Ruben James of the home; daughter Melissa Diaz and husband Arturo of Coleman, Oklahoma; sons Jeff L. Tipton and wife Misty of Kenefic, Oklahoma, Tracy D. James of Coleman, Oklahoma; brothers J.B. Golden of Caddo, Oklahoma, Carol Ray Golden and wife Cleo of McAlester, Oklahoma, Thomas Golden and wife Shannon of Coleman, Oklahoma; sisters Sharon Foster of Danberry, Texas, Elizabeth Horton and husband Charlie of Tupelo, Oklahoma, Linda Hutchens and husband Paul of Mead, Oklahoma, Mennie Watson and husband Keith of Durant, Oklahoma, Lois Dodd of McAlester, Oklahoma; foster brother Arnold Wayne Whooten and wife Floretta of Caddo, Oklahoma; grandchildren Jordan Golden, Jessica Golden Bruce, Bianca Golden, Stormey Golden, Tyler Tipton, Mackenzie Tipton, Ethan Tipton, Brianna James, Bristol James, Toben James, Journee Crosby, Kenda Lynn Sant; great-grandchildren Trinity Golden, Addison Dancer, Brooklyn Golden, Bentley Bruce and Jayden Crosby as well as other extended family and a host of friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, October 4, 2021 at the Center Hill Cemetery with Bro. Vic Cook officiating.
