Shirley JoAnn Drake, of Durant, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Monday, October 26, 2020 at the age of 82. She was born on Monday, January 24, 1938 in Elm View, Oklahoma to Carlton Baron and Altha Alice (Wedge) Jones.

She loved her family dearly. She enjoyed visiting with her friends and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carlton Baron and Altha Alice (Wedge) Jones.

She is survived by her daughters Karen Drake of Durant, Oklahoma, Sandra Kay Loper of Poteau, Oklahoma; son William “Billy” Drake, Jr. of Durant, Oklahoma; sister Jean Levins of Calera, Oklahoma; grandsons Nick Kellam of Aleado, Texas, Chris Drake of Durant, Oklahoma, William “Billy” Drake III of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Zak Kellam of Greenville, Texas, Brendan Drake of Durant, Oklahoma, Bobby Drake of Fitztown, Oklahoma; granddaughter Ashleigh Boyer of Claremore, Oklahoma; 15 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Gordon Funeral Home.
