Sue Dietz, of Durant, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Thursday, November 28, 2019 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 70. She was born on Monday, December 6, 1948 in McCurtain, Oklahoma to Mack and Melvina Sweeten.
She moved to Durant, Oklahoma from Irving, Texas in 2017. She was a member of the Choctaw Nation. She was gifted in sewing. She enjoyed sewing and various crafts. She loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mack and Melvina Sweeten; brothers Larry Sweeten and Charles Sweeten.
Survivors include son Keith Dietz and wife Kristen of McKinney, Texas; daughter Tracey Dietz of Irving, Texas; grandson James Bussman and Emily Semon, Jackson Dietz of McKinney, Texas, granddaughter Emily Dietz of McKinney, Texas; brothers Sammy Sweeten of Irving, Texas, Jerry “Toddy” Sweeten of Irving, Texas; sisters Charlotte Morrison and husband Larry of Irving, Texas, Gloria Garza of Mesquite, Texas, Bobbie Person of Durant, Oklahoma and Ramona Montalvo of Mesquite, Texas.
A memorial service will be held on December 15, 2019 at 3:00PM at the First Baptist Church, 601 S. Church St. Prosper, Texas 75078.
