Virginia Sims, of Mannsville, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Saturday, December 14, 2019 in Denison, Texas at the age of 68. She was born on Wednesday, August 15, 1951 in Olton, Texas to Alfred Joseph and Betty Ruth (Crawford) Maddox.

She was preceded in death by her father A.J. Maddox on June 20, 1982; mother Betty Ruth (Crawford) Maddox on December 9, 2015; son Edward Lee Cooper on Jan 3, 2016

Survivors include brother Glenn Edward Maddox of Mannsville, Oklahoma; son Jason Wayne Cooper and wife Jamie of Mannsville, Oklahoma; daughter Melinda Ray Cooper of Mannsville, Oklahoma; granddaughters Jaci Lane Cooper and husband Carlos Brown, Lecy Cooper, Harlei Cooper; grandsons Bobby Cooper, Ryan Cooper, Johnthon Cooper, Raymond Cooper, and great granddaughter Nevaeh Love Brown.

Cremation services were selected.
